Why is my refund taking so long?
If you cannot find your refund, please kindly contact us for more help. Refunds usually take up too 10 business days to be issued and shown to your bank balance. Yes your second order can be cancelled if a member of our staff is notified within 24 hours after purcahse. Please reach out to support@vaikondesign.com with subjest line (duplicate order - cancel order). You may also call +1 850-403-3534. We are available Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm EST.
But please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can't be canceled anymore.
Orders are shipping 48 hours after you order. Tracking number then take 3-4 days to be sent. Some orders due to stock issues may be shipped from our overseas warehouse which cause tracking numbers to be issued 4-5 days after shipment. Please check your spam folder or search "vaikondesign" in your inbox if it takes any longer than 7d after your ordered from our website.
